The DOMOPLAN investment fund specialises in the construction of high-quality apartments through its subsidiaries. In terms of locality it focuses primarily on carefully selected residential areas in and around Brno, although it operates throughout the whole of the Czech Republic.

There are several reasons why we focus on the Brno real estate market. The city of Brno has been seeing a dynamic boom for a number of years now and this has resulted in a long-term increase in demand for property. New industrial zones, technology centres and manufacturing plants have appeared, and existing ones are growing. New jobs are constantly being created, attracting not only new employees from both near and far, but also tens of thousands of students at Brno’s universities. This trend promises lasting and stable demand for local properties.

The fund expanded on the construction of apartment buildings to start developing mountain apartments in 2017. In this area of construction DOMOPLAN draws on its founder’s many years of experience in development projects and tourism. It combined the work of professionals in the building industry with that of tourism consultants, thus giving projects added value, which is perceptible in Alpine mountain resorts. This collaboration guarantees future owners not only a highly comfortable apartment, but also a guaranteed return on this form of investment from the subsequent lease of the premises.

One of the most attractive projects at the moment is the construction of two apartment buildings with 22 apartments in the Filipovice mountain resort in the Jeseníky. These apartments are right next to the four-seater cable car in the popular Filipovice Ski Resort.

Another very interesting project from the fund’s portfolio is the reconstruction and completion of the Stará pošta hotel in the same resort. The original hotel is being converted into a luxury mountain resort, preserving its First Republic look, while three apartment buildings will be added in the garden.

The architectural quality and originality of its projects is a core priority for DOMOPLAN. It therefore collaborates with a number of renowned architects. Its experience in the field guarantees that the result will be luxury and modern buildings that meet all one’s needs for quality and satisfactory housing. Last but not least, it guarantees the originality and individuality of the design of its individual projects.


  • Above-standard expected yield on priority investment shares of 7 % p.a.
  • Up to 6 % priority share in fund profit (before the fund’s founder – holder of performance investment shares).
  • Guarantee (in the form of the redistribution of fund capital from holders of performance investment shares in the favour of holders of priority investment stocks and up to that amount of the fund capital) of a minimal yield on priority investment stocks of 6 % p.a., including if the fund’s profit is lower or even if it results in a loss.
  • Secondary share in any potential loss of the fund; the loss is first covered from the fund capital from holders of performance investment shares.
  • Investment in real assets with stable increase in value. Our projects can be found at specific addresses, can be seen and can be touched.
  • Professional background of a successful Brno company with many years’ experience. The fund’s founder has a high level of expertise and extensive experience with developer projects.
  • Diversification of investments into various developer projects situated in carefully selected localities.

The Fund is a fund of qualified investors pursuant to Act No. 240/2013 Coll. and its shareholder may only become a qualified investor in accordance with Section 272 of this Act.
